My fiance and I found ourselves in a really difficult position.. we had gone on vacation to California with plans to have our engagement photos taken at a winery; long story short, our photographer backed out the day before our shoot and we had to scramble to find a new photographer.

Thankfully Thanh was recommended to us by a photographer that we contacted and we couldn't be happier with the way things turned out! He went out of his way and drove 2 hours to be at the winery for us and to make the situation even better, his work is fantastic!! He discussed what type of photos we would like and made sure that we were on the same page prior to starting the shoot. He has an amazing eye for photography, sometimes it seemed very odd the things he was having us do but once we got the photos back we realized that he knew exactly what he was doing and saw things that we didn't see.

He likes to take multiple styles of shots throughout the shoot which we loved; he took portrait-style, creative, and candid shots of us as we roamed the grounds. He also took photos of the surroundings, which we are very happy to have in our album. At the end of the shoot, he had each of us take the camera and photograph the other so that we could have photos of "how we see each other" which we thought was very sweet.

In addition, he has started doing film photography and tested it out on us. It was funny that he thought the photos might not turn out well only to find that those were some of our favorite shots!

He even submitted 2 of our photos to a contest and won!

We plan to have our wedding in Florida and even though we haven't chosen a venue, caterer, DJ, or even looked at dresses, we know exactly who we want as our photographer!
